The above mentioned problem is not the only problem I am having,I feel I should mention them as maybe all of these problems may be connected or not.
I am sure this problem will get more attention once my customer upgrades to 2010 office, currently they feel it is my problem, because they can't simulate the problem on their 2007 excel 32x system.
This problem is costing my company $$$ if you (by that I mean myself or co-workers) fail to save the document before printing, and then close the file and don't save it after printing.Īfter printing several pages of the document become un-recoverable (without unprotecting the tab and manually moving and re-sizing every checkbox which there is 30 of these checkboxes), and you have to delete the tab and re-do the work. Thanks Sally but the answer to our problem really isn't answered. Since the first posting, the problem is not just with print preview, the problem also occurs if you print without previewing the document. Not exactly a straight forward message, however I have come to expect that. The hotfix said "there are no products affected by this package installed on this system".
